Pool Lab bill’s monthly four (4) service visits per month and follows all government and educational holidays schedules.

Additionally,

• Pool Lab closes yearly from 12/15-1/03. Any holidays, hurricanes, tropical storms that fall on scheduled service visits are non-refundable.
• Pool Lab employees have 10 sick days per year and are also non-refundable if service visits are interrupted from illness.
• Pool Lab takes 4 week’s personal time per year and if falls on scheduled visit is not-refundable.
